Why was the 1” hinge pin replaced with a 1.25" pin for MVP™ 3 v-plow models?

The larger pin diameter sustains a much tighter fit and increases bending resistance, making the assembly much more durable under heavy, high-stress snow loads. This prevents the plow wings from “flopping” and maintains a precise, consistent attack angle against the pavement.

Does a center section come with the 10” rubber deflector accessory for the MVP PLUS™ v-plow?

No, there’s no center section with the 10” rubber deflector. Only the 18” version comes with the additional center section due to the additional length.

Double-Acting Cylinders

As a standard feature on the MVP 3^™, UltraLock double-acting cylinders allow the operator to use the v-plow in straight blade mode by locking the wings together instead of having to toggle each wing independently.
